Kara has been a Group Fitness Instructor, Yoga teacher, and Personal Trainer for over 15 years in NYC. She also is certified in Plant Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. Fitness, Yoga, and Plant Based Nutrition have transformed her life, and her mission and vision is to share these gifts with as many people as possible.
