Kara has been a Group Fitness Instructor, Yoga teacher, and Personal Trainer for over 14 years in NYC. She also is certified in Plant Based Nutrition from the T.Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. Fitness, Yoga, and Plant Based Nutrition have transformed her life, and her mission and vision is to share these gifts with as many people as possible.
Because of her diverse background, Kara is able to design plans for clients that are tailored to incorporate things that they will enjoy, which increases adherence to the program, with the ultimate goal of making it a lifestyle. From dance, to weight training, spinning, kickboxing, and yoga, there is something for everyone!
Kara is also passionate about explaining the why behind her suggestions, so that her clients walk away with the knowledge to make a real life change that they can sustain.
