
The library consists of previously streamed live workouts that you can take on demand. For the streams that have back to back classes, chapters have been created for you to go straight to the workout you choose. The description will also include equipment as needed, with links to share what I use and recommend.

Power Yoga class with a strong Vinyasa flow and core focused segments infused, coupled with a restorative ending of stretch and relaxation. *Mat, blocks and a pillow is recommended.
Weight training. Want to train like a bodybuilder? Join me for this class. These sessions focus on traditional bodybuilding splits for muscle hypertrophy. Also may be using a TRX trainer, but will share options if you don't have that.
A total body conditioning class that is circuit style with minimal to no rest to also get your heart rate up. Styles include peripheral heart action training as well as push/pull/leg circuits. From kettlebell swings to windmills and much more, I’ve got you covered! Kettlebells provide an all in one total body conditioning workout to build lean muscle and melt away fat! (Kicking With Kara’s Kore) is a high intensity core focused workout where participants are barefoot on a yoga mat, using their body weight to flow through a mix of yoga poses and plyometrics that are choreographed to music. The program will burn mega calories, while improving flexibility, total body conditioning, and cardiovascular endurance.
